Physical Therapist Assistant

Implement selected components of patient interventions, obtain related data, and modify treatments to progress patients or ensure safety as directed by a physical therapist. Provide quality physical therapy services including execution of the established treatment plan, produce accurate documentation, and educate patients on treatment goals, safety risks, and scope of practice. Communicate treatment progression and recommended follow-up to team members and participate in reassessments and discharge planning. This role provides physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist.
