Physical Therapist Assistant

Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist. Implement selected components of patient interventions, obtain data related to interventions, and modify as directed to progress the patient or ensure safety. Deliver high-quality PT services per the prescribed treatment plan, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate treatment progression to the team. Educate and counsel patients on treatment, safety risks, and goals; participate in team reassessments and discharge planning; perform other related duties as assigned.
