Physical Therapist Assistant

PTA position providing therapy services in post-acute settings under PT supervision. Responsibilities include delivering therapy per the patient Plan of Care, documenting daily notes and progress, assisting with discharge summaries or monthly reports, coordinating with the PT and rehab team, submitting billing and expense documentation, participating in care planning and ongoing education, and ensuring patient safety and equipment functionality. Requires collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and team members, along with adherence to organizational policies and continuing education to maintain applicable licensure/certification.
