Job Summary
Assist patients with physical therapy needs within the plan of care, provide services within scope, observe and report patient responses to PT or RN, prepare progress notes, and guide patients in therapeutic and self-care activities to improve function.
Required Qualifications
- Current Louisiana PTA license required
- CPR certification
- 1 year experience as a licensed PTA required
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to visit patients
- Home Health experience preferred
