Physical Therapist Assistant

Provide rehabilitative care as part of a coordinated team by assisting licensed physical therapists with treatment plans and therapeutic exercises for residents. Responsibilities include monitoring and documenting patient progress, preparing treatment areas and equipment, educating patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises, following safety and infection control protocols, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
