Physical Therapist Assistant

Provide therapy services established by the Physical Therapist in the patient Plan of Care under supervision, consulting regarding treatment changes and condition updates. Appropriately complete documentation including daily notes, progress reports, and billing submissions while communicating with patients, families, and referring physicians. Participate in care planning meetings, rehab sessions, and family training to coordinate goals with team members. Ensure equipment is functional, maintain a clean environment, and follow organizational policies for safety. Maintain valid licensure, CPR certification, and attend required meetings and continuing education seminars.
