Job Summary
Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy under licensed Physical Therapists. Implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions; monitor progress and modify therapy as needed. Document care using electronic medical records (EMR) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. We value teamwork, evidence-based practice, and opportunities for clinical mentorship and leadership development in a flexible full-time outpatient setting at H2 Health. License as a PTA in the practicing state is required or eligible, with an emphasis on patient-centered care and professional growth (outpatient rehab focus; no weekends/holidays).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current or eligible PTA license in the state of practice
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong dedication to patient-centered care and professional growth
