Job Summary
Deliver hands-on, evidence-based Physical Therapist Assistant care in outpatient orthopedics under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist; assist patients to improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with the clinical team. Eligible for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with mentorship and opportunities for professional development within a national network. Competitive pay range of $28–$35 per hour, plus benefits including health insurance, 401k match, PTO/holidays, and ongoing education through Upstream Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Missouri PTA license (or eligibility)
