Physical Therapist Assistant- School Setting

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a school-based therapy team under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT). Responsibilities include delivering therapy services and exercises to students, providing direct therapy in individual and group settings, collecting and documenting student progress under PT supervision, collaborating with teachers/parents/therapy team to reinforce goals, preparing therapy materials, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and district regulations. Qualifications require an Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program and an active PTA license (or eligibility), with school-based or pediatric experience preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills and a passion for helping children achieve functional and educational goals are desired.
