Job Summary
PTA in home health delivering one-on-one physical therapy under a licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include in-home therapy following Plan of Care, therapeutic exercises and mobility training, fall prevention, documenting progress, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety, and collaborating with physicians, RNs, and the care team using EMR (WellSky Kinnser). Flexible scheduling (per diem, part-time, or full-time) with autonomy to manage patient schedules. Benefits include health insurance and PTO for eligible employees. Required Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Current CPR certification (AHA required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
