Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy and related services for patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and clients. Optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients by building a strong physical therapy program and delivering ongoing treatment per a plan of care. Supervise Rehab Techs where required and manage case responsibilities while adhering to all state and federal regulations. Maintain a valid state license, ensure compliance with infection control and environmental safety protocols, and communicate effectively in English regarding instructions, charts, and reports.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
