Deliver physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, implementing treatment plans and supervising Rehab Technicians. Support patients in improving functional abilities and skills while adhering to Reliant Rehabilitation's standards and state regulations. Contribute to the development of a robust physical therapy program and manage patient cases with a professional demeanor. Maintain a current state license, ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, and follow infection control protocols. Understand and apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models. Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration and continuing education. Maintain proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation.
