Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy and related services for patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist while maintaining positive interaction with facilities and clients. Optimize the functional abilities and skills of patients by building a strong physical therapy program and delivering ongoing treatment per a plan of care. Supervise Rehab Techs where required, manage case responsibilities, and ensure compliance with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocols. Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy and relevant billing and treatment guidelines. Maintain a valid state license and proficiency in clinical documentation. Full-time and PRN schedules available with a $2,000 lump sum sign-on bonus for full-time therapists.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
