Physical Therapist Assistant

Provide Physical Therapy and related services for patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients. Deliver ongoing treatment per a plan of care, supervise Rehab Techs where required, and manage case responsibilities. Adhere to all state and federal regulations and infection control protocols. Build a strong physical therapy program and enhance clinical expertise through interaction with professional staff and continuing education. Maintain a valid state license and demonstrate proficiency in clinical documentation and English. This role is available as a Full-Time or PRN opening across Reliant's network of skilled nursing facilities.
