Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy and related services for patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients. Build a strong physical therapy program and optimize patient functional abilities through ongoing treatment per a plan of care. Manage case responsibilities and supervise Rehab Techs where required, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and infection control protocols. Maintain a valid state license and proficiency in clinical documentation. Full-time and PRN schedules available with competitive pay packages and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant state license
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
- Basic Internet navigation skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
