Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to residents in long-term care under the direction of a Physician, establish and administer a rehabilitation treatment program with goals based on patient capacity, document patient status, and educate patients and families in physical therapy methods; collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
