Job Summary
Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Milton, DE for Premier Physical Therapy and Sports Performance’s outpatient orthopedic and sports PT clinic. The role supports an environment of evidence-based clinical excellence led by licensed PTs, focusing on musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain across conditions. Responsibilities and opportunities include aiding physical therapists in delivering patient-centered care, implementing rehabilitation protocols for orthopedic and sports cases, gait training, post-surgical rehabilitation, and various specialized therapies such as dry needling, vestibular interventions, splinting, and certified hand therapy. The team serves nine Delaware high schools and community organizations, with advancement opportunities, a comprehensive benefits package, CEU and PTO benefits, and a revenue-sharing compensation model. Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited APTA program, Delaware PTA license, and CPR certification. Training and development are supported through leadership programs and specialty-certification reimbursements.
