Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA

Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation. Observe patient responses to therapy, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist while providing instructions to patients and families on home exercise techniques and safety precautions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to evaluate patient needs and ensure comprehensive care. Requires current state PTA licensure, CPR certification, and a degree from an accredited program.
