Job Summary
Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation. Observe patient responses to therapy, document progress, and report findings to the supervising Physical Therapist. Provide instructions to patients and families on exercise techniques, safety precautions, and strategies for continued home progress. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and support therapists in evaluating patient needs.
