Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services under Physical Therapist supervision, including treatment, education, documentation, and consultation to improve clients' abilities to their highest feasible level. Adhere to established practice guidelines and maintain licensure in the state of service. Work full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm with no weekend or holiday requirements. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association approved physical therapist associate degree program
- Licensed in the state which services are performed
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
