Job Summary
Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation. Observes patient responses to therapy, documents progress, and reports findings to the supervising Physical Therapist while providing instructions to patients and families on home exercise techniques and safety precautions. Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to support patient evaluations and ensure comprehensive care. Requires current state PTA licensure, CPR certification, and an associate degree. Full-time role with weekly pay, health and dental benefits after the first month, student loan repayment assistance, and a competitive 401(k) match. Six months of training and orientation included.
