Job Summary
Implement treatment programs established by the Physical Therapist in accordance with all state, federal, and JCAHO regulations. Collaborate with facility staff to promote the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing for residents. Maintain current licensure in Virginia or complete an approved PTA program while actively working toward licensure. This role is available on a PRN basis at Springtree Health & Rehabilitation Center, a 120 healthcare center in Roanoke, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed in Virginia
- Graduate of an approved PTA program
- Actively working toward licensure
