Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by the physical therapist while recording treatments in the medical record. Participate in patient care conferences, weekly rehabilitation meetings, and facility in-service training programs. Communicate with supervising therapists, rehab directors, and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans. Record daily treatments and labor according to corporate procedure and state Physical Therapy rules. Requires a current license in the practicing state and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Required Qualifications
