Job Summary
PTA role providing physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF/Long-Term Care. Responsibilities include identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinating with the PT for evaluation and referral, collaborating with team to ensure quality outcomes, maintaining documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensuring all physician orders are current. Requires an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and a current PTA license; new grads welcome with mentorship. Immigration support for H1B candidates is offered. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
