Job Summary
Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral, collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes, maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements, ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date. Requires an associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and current PA license in the state of practice; mentorship available for new grads.
