Job Summary
PTA opportunity focused on delivering physical therapy treatments under licensed PT supervision in SNF/long-term care settings. Responsibilities include identifying suitable patients for therapy, coordinating with PT for evaluation/referral, collaborating with the team to ensure quality outcomes, maintaining documentation to meet regulatory requirements, and ensuring physician orders are current. Ideal candidates bring an Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program, active PTA licensure in the practicing state, strong communication/organizational skills, and openness to mentorship and professional growth. Required Qualifications
