Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) PRN at Pivot Rehabilitation locations in Port Arthur, Groves, Vidor, and Silsbee, TX. Treats patients under the direction of the physical therapist, records treatments in medical records, participates in patient care conferences and weekly rehabilitation meetings, communicates with supervising therapist and interdisciplinary team regarding patient progress, participates in facility in-service training, and ensures treatment records and labor are documented per corporate procedures and state Physical Therapy rules. Requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and current licensure in the state; strong communication skills and ability to relate professionally to patients, family members, and staff; capable of performing responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current license in practicing state
