Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist; assist in evaluating residents and developing individualized treatment plans; implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function; document services and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident progress; maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards; contribute to rehabilitation and recovery goals for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
