Job Summary
PTA PRN role providing high-quality physical therapy services in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Home Health settings under licensed PT supervision. Deliver interventions per plan of care, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient education for independence, EMR documentation, uphold HIPAA and safety standards, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team across SNF/LTC/home health environments. Flexible part-time schedule across multiple facilities in Fort Worth and surrounding communities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing (state-specific)
- Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or home health preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
