Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting residents with mobility, strength, balance, transfers, and functional activities. Follow individualized treatment plans, document patient care and progress, and work closely with the PT, nursing, and interdisciplinary team to help residents reach their highest level of independence. Requires a current Ohio PTA license and graduation from an accredited program; SNF/geriatric experience is a plus.
