Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist, assisting residents with gait training, therapeutic exercise, transfer practice, and balance activities. Observe resident performance during sessions to communicate updates and support individuals in reaching their individualized therapy goals safely. Maintain timely and accurate treatment documentation while working within a collaborative rehab environment featuring PT, OT, SLP, and nursing support.
