Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Post-Acute Rehab (SNF) - PRN

The Physical Therapist Assistant conducts patient care under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, delivering treatment per the care plan, documenting progress, participating in team meetings and in-service training, and assisting with discharge planning and staff education.
