Job Summary
PRN Physical Therapist Assistant role in post-acute rehab (SNF). Treat patients under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings, provide patient/family instruction, document thoroughly, and support discharge planning. Requires an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant and state licensure as a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant. Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills are essential; may involve in-service training and occasional beyond-hours facility coverage.
