Job Summary
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) needed for post-acute rehab in SNF setting. Under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, provide treatment per established care plans, collaborate with PTs, families, and care teams, maintain accurate electronic documentation, and educate staff and families on care programs. Qualified candidates have an active PTA license in the state of practice; strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-focused mindset are required. Location: Fremont, Michigan (US).
