Job Summary
Provide PT assigned services to patients in the home setting in accordance with the Physician plan of care under the supervision of a licensed PT. Participate in communication and case conference activities to promote continuity and quality of patient care services. Exhibit sound judgment and technical skills to perform assigned treatments according to established agency protocols while maintaining compliance with the Agency Code of Ethics, state practice acts, and payer requirements. Practice safety, environmental, and infection control measures. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Full-time weekday visits in Kansas City and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Assistant Certification for the state of MO
- Ability to Pass Drug Test, Background Check, and Physical
Desired Qualifications
- Home Health experience preferred, not required.
