Job Summary
Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising PT and assist with implementing individualized care plans for residents. Document resident progress accurately and in a timely manner while collaborating with nursing and interdisciplinary team members. Support residents in achieving functional goals and maintain a safe, supportive environment during therapy sessions. This role requires a Rhode Island-licensed PTA with current CPR certification, offering a starting salary of $36.00/hr at Pawtucket Falls Healthcare Center.

Desired Qualifications
