Administer modalities, review historical information, and provide interventions within treatment plan limits. Manage accurate schedules, arrange re-evaluations, and complete discharge planning and follow-up care in collaboration with the supervising therapist. Recognize changes in patient condition to contribute to treatment plan modifications and provide verbal or written progress reports. Demonstrate effective time management, flexibility, and empathy to ensure frictionless patient access to care.
