Document and charge for patient care activities, including ongoing communication with the supervising physical therapist, while managing an accurate schedule and meeting productivity expectations. Provide patient treatment services by reviewing historical information, safely administering modalities, and delivering interventions within the treatment plan's limits. Collaborate with team members to arrange re-evaluations, discharge summaries, and equipment needs, while involving patients and families in education and discharge planning. Recognize and document changes in patient condition to contribute to treatment plan modifications.
