Job Summary
Support full-time physical therapists by assisting clients and performing Shockwave therapy treatments on a variable daily schedule. Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day while learning complex cases through weekly mentorship meetings with specialists. Collaborate with the front office team to handle scheduling and future pacing of client needs. Maintain all necessary licenses and proactively seek opportunities to further your knowledge in this cash-based, non-traditional outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed PTA in the state of NH
- 1-2 years of outpatient job experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Pro-active nature and work ethic
- Ability to think on your feet
- Ability to translate complex concepts in a way that patients can easily understand
- Ability to easily build and develop trust, therapeutic alliance, and great relationships with clients
- Self and professional accountability
- Ability to maintain all necessary licenses to practice
- Pro-actively seek out and engage in activities that further your knowledge and skills
