Job Summary
Provide individualized patient treatments, document visits, instruct patients on exercise and device use, and guide gait training under a licensed Physical Therapist's direction. Communicate status changes promptly and serve as a clinical instructor for PTA students while supporting clinic operations. Work across multiple Tampa Bay locations in outpatient therapy, sports medicine, and orthopaedic rehab settings. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Active Florida PTA license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and motivated to help people achieve their rehab goals
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Pre-employment drug screening and/or random drug testing
Desired Qualifications
- Outpatient orthopaedic or sports medicine therapy experience
- Familiarity with WebPT or other EMR systems
