Physical Therapist Assistant - PTA

Provide individualized patient treatments under a licensed Physical Therapist's plan of care for orthopaedic injuries, post-surgical procedures, and musculoskeletal conditions. Document visits with treatment notes, progress updates, and patient assessments. Instruct patients on exercise programs, body mechanics, and safe device use while guiding them through gait training and mobility exercises. Communicate status changes to the supervising therapist and serve as a clinical instructor for PTA students. Support the therapy team and clinic operations as needed. Work across multiple Tampa Bay locations with realistic scheduling and productivity goals.
