Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist for residents in a skilled nursing setting. Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, and balance activities while monitoring performance and communicating progress. Encourage participation in achieving rehabilitation goals and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
