Job Summary

Carry out established plans of care by administering therapeutic exercises and modalities while assisting patients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities. Monitor and report patient progress to the Physical Therapist, fit and train patients on assistive devices, and complete timely Medicare and facility documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and productivity standards in a Long-Term Care setting. Requires an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant, current state PTA license, and knowledge of Medicare documentation.
