Job Summary
Implement patient care plans developed by Physical Therapists and facilitate patient advancement through treatment protocols with adjustments as directed. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure achievement of individual patient goals. Execute duties in a skilled nursing facility setting in Manson, IA, adhering to state and federal regulations. Requires current PTA license, accredited education, and experience with geriatric populations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
- Adherence to state and federal regulations
