Job Summary
Implement Care Plans by executing patient care protocols developed by the Physical Therapist and facilitate patient advancement through treatment adjustments to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure the achievement of individual patient goals. Maintain ethical compliance with Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct, state, and federal regulations while managing tasks efficiently and communicating clearly with colleagues. Experience with the geriatric population and knowledge of Medicare billing regulations are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current PTA license in the state of practice
- Adherence to Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct
