Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary assessments and act at the direction of the treating physical therapist in accordance with the plan of care. Provide services ordered by the physician, assist in documenting patient progress and response to treatment, and counsel patients and caregivers to promote goals. Submit timely, legible documentation addressing interventions and patient response while communicating with physicians and the healthcare team. Requires current Michigan licensure, two years of PTA experience in the last five years, and active CPR certification. Previous home health experience is a plus.
