Job Summary
Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them regain strength and function. Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation with training provided. Maintain a consistent caseload through steady referrals from the agency partner network while managing flexible scheduling and autonomy over your day. Own your time with steady patient volume in the Kissimmee area. A tablet with data plan is provided, and you will receive mileage reimbursement, paid training, and ongoing mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
