Job Summary
Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT to adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them regain strength and function. Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation using provided EMR systems and tablet tools. Maintain an active Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing and hold BLS CPR certification. Own your schedule with flexible full-time or part-time options, including autonomy over daily visits and consistent patient volume. Enjoy mileage reimbursement and paid training with ongoing mentorship. Earn weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume, with eligibility for medical, dental, vision insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
