Job Summary
Provide home health physical therapy services under the supervision of a PT to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Visit patients in the McKinney area, perform therapy to help regain strength and function, and complete accurate therapy documentation. Role includes mileage reimbursement, provided tablet and data plan, paid training and mentorship, and opportunities for growth and leadership. Schedule is flexible and autonomy over how the day is spent with consistent patient volume; compensation is per visit with a rate between $48-$54+ per visit, and benefits may include medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and potential bonuses based on visit complexity and volume.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
