Job Summary
Provide home health physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes under the supervision of a PT, helping them regain strength and function. Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation with training provided. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy over your day, and consistent patient volume through our agency partner network. You will receive mileage reimbursement, a tablet, data plan, and supplies. Compensation ranges from $40 to $50 per visit with additional bonuses for visit complexity and volume.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
